The Matrix

The Great Deception is being promoted by the Church itself! Just as Jesus asked the religious leaders of the first century, "why do you break the command of God for the sake of your tradition?" (Matt 15:3), the warnings of God are being broken for the sake of traditional interpretations of the 666 Mark of the Beast. The warning, however, demands that we wake up and take this seriously, for we are told:

His number is 666. ... A third angel followed them and said in a loud voice: "If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives his mark on the forehead or on the hand, he, too, will drink of the wine of God's fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. He will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment rises for ever and ever. There is no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and his image, or for anyone who receives the mark of his name." This calls for patient endurance on the part of the saints who obey God's commandments and remain faithful to Jesus (Revelation 13:18, 14:9-12).

We must "obey God's commandments" and not break them for the sake of "traditional" interpretations of prophecy. The biggest lie is that the Mark of the Beast will be a microchip implanted in the forehead or in the hand. You see, this comes from a mistranslation from the King James, which wrote that men were "to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads" (Rev 13:16 KJV). Peter and Paul Lalonde, two of the producers of LaHaye's film Left Behind, and members of LaHaye's Pre-Trib Research Center, once wrote, "The Bible...states simply that in the last days that no man will be able to buy or sell unless he has the mark IN his right hand or forehead." According to the Lalondes, the "IN" refers to an embedded microchip, or something similar, placed under the skin; they emphasize the word IN. While computer chips and sophisticated tracking devises make for interesting fictional reading, biblical reality is far less entertaining. The Greek preposition epi (upon), not en (in), is used in Revelation 13:16 to describe where the mark was to be placed. Epi is best translated "on" or "upon". For this reason, the NEW King James Version corrects this mistake stating, "He causes all... to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads" (Rev. 13:16 NKJV). And remember the warning, "I testify to every one hearing the words of the prophecy of this scroll, if any one may add unto these, God shall add to him the plagues that have been written in this scroll" (Rev 22:18 YLT).

The next mistake is that the Mark is to be simulaniously "in" the forehead and "in" the hand. This is because we have ignored the small word OR, which in Greek is "ay" and means a "distinction between two connected terms; disjunctive, or, but (either), (n-)either". In other words, it can be a mark that is just on the hand, OR, it may be on the forehead. While the Greek word for and is kai, and is used 51 times in this chapter, as in "both small and great" (v. 16), ay is used after this to mean "or". Thus, prophecy scholars have been overly fixated on the forehead, and on their made up microchip. They have utterly ignored what is to be on the top of the hand.

The World Wide Web

Did you know that the 666 was openly explained, for all the world to hear, on the Fox News Channel? Once, on the Sean Hannity show, Father Edward L. Beck clearly declared:

In Hebrew, there aren’t characters for numbers, there’s letters, and the letter W is Vav, which number equivalent is 6. So if you have World Wide Web, www, that’s 666! So some would attribute a lot of our downfall, our modern downfall, or decadence if you will, to the Internet.

Another equation to consider is this: When A = 6 x 1, B = 6 x 2, C = 6 x 3 and so on, we can calculate the number 666 in the word computer....

Of the 666, we are told, "Let him calculate the number" (Rev. 13:18). The Greek word for calculate is "psephizo" and means, "to use pebbles in enumeration, i.e., to compute". This is about the ancient science of calculators, which itself led to the first computer! Moreover, one of the ways Delilah deceived Samson was with "the pin of the beam, and with the web" (Judg 16:13-15 KJV). A pin number for the world wide web is indicated in her deception. That the Bible foretold of a pin number, to access a computer, can be seen with two Joshuas. Of the first we read, "This stone will be a witness against us. It has heard all the words the LORD has said to us" (Josh 24:27). Moreover, the name Simon Peter means "hearing stone", and Peter had a crucial vision in Joppa (Acts 10), and the outskirts of which is called Tel Aviv today, as in "Television". And so of the second Joshua we read, "See, the stone I have set in front of Joshua! There are seven eyes on that one stone, and I will engrave an inscription on it" (Zech 3:9). This is a stone that can both see and hear, and of which Jesus said, "If they keep quiet, the stones will cry out" (Lk 19:40). While in Zechariah we read of an "inscription" engraved on it, Jesus said, "To him who overcomes, I will give...a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to him who receives it" (Rev 2:17). Could this be a pin number, passcode or phone number? Now, the number seven ties this all together:

• Delilah was to "weave the seven braids of" Samson's head (Judg 16:13).
• There were "seven eyes on that one stone" given to Joshua (Zech 3:9).
• Jesus is envisioned as "a Lamb" with "seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth" (Rev 5:6).

These seven spirits are the seven attributes of the Holy Spirit, personified by the seven archangels (Rev 8:2). This mystery reveals the seven lamps of the Menorah (Rev 4:5). As seven "eyes", this shows the neural connections of the brain as a computer designed by Almighty God Himself! Jesus, as the Lamb, is the living Word (Jn 1:1), or "Word Processor" who resurrected "in order to fill the whole universe" (Eph 4:10). This also could connect to the "books" that "were opened" on Judgment Day, where "another book was opened, which is the book of life" (Rev 20:12). These books are what Jesus referred to saying, "men will have to give account on the day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken" (Matt 12:36). And King David wrote, "all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be" (Ps 139:16). Could this all be pointing to a living computer, i.e., a book of life? The same God who made the complex circuitry of the brain can also make a cosmic computer capable of recording every deed that His creation has done! Thus, Jesus indicated a cosmic Internet saying, "the kingdom of heaven is like a net" (Matt 13:47).

Now, this same stone can be compared to the dreamworld of Jacob's Ladder, for he took a stone to rest his head, and after his vision of the stairway to heaven, he "took the stone he had placed under his head and set it up as a pillar and poured oil on top of it", as if this was the key to what he called "the gate of heaven" (Gen 28:17-18). Jacob named the stairway to heaven Bethel, meaning "House of God", and this is the exact opposite of the tower of Babel, which likewise was to reach unto the heavens (Gen 11). For this reason, the great deception of Babylon is about a false computer system of the Antichrist! Just as the tower of Babel was about the confusion of languages, the Bible warns of "making many books there is no end" (Eccl 12:12), and John wrote of all he heard Jesus say and said, "even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written" (Jn 21:25). A tower of books reaching the sky reveals a world built out of computer code! This is why it is written, "Do not conform any longer to the pattern [suschematizo] of this world, but be transformed [metamorphoo] by the renewing of your mind" (Rom. 12:2). Pastor Gregory A. Boyd, in his book Escaping the Matrix writes:

Notice that the Greek word suschematizo, which is translated "pattern"..., literally suggests the joining together (su) of matrixes or schemas (schematizo). ... The concept of "world" (aion) Paul uses in Romans 12:2 doesn't denote God's physical creation nor even the population of the earth. It rather refers to the present world system that is under the power of Satan and is hostile to God (Baker Books, 2005, p. 17).

And the Televangelist David Jeremiah, in his book The Prayer Matrix: Plugging into the Unseen Reality, writes:

Scripture insists that God has hard-wired the universe in such a way that He works primarily through prayer. God has set up creation so that the way He does His work is through the prayers of His children. At the moment we pray, we become subject to the most powerful force in the universe. And when we don't pray, we short-circuit what God wants to do (Multnomah Publishers, Inc., 2004, p. 44).

But this is not some impersonal force, as New Age pagans want us to think, for that, itself, is the Great Deception! Thus, this system is indicated where we read, "These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. ... Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates", and as you read the following passage, imagine divine codewords flooding heaven and earth where God says, "As the rain and the snow come down from heaven..., so is my word that goes out from my mouth" (cf. Deut. 6:6-9; Isa. 55:10, 11). Like computer code, God's word rains down and into the hearts, foreheads and hands of his children, but of the Matrix of the Pharisees, Jesus said they "make a big show of wearing Scripture verses on their foreheads and arms" (Matt. 23:5 CEV). This is the 666 that is to be "a mark on his right hand or on his forehead" (Rev. 13:16). The Antichrist wants people logged in to his web of deceit. In the film The Matrix, we were told, "It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth", but Jesus before this said, "They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves..., they are blind guides" (Matt. 7:15, 15:14). Surely, this describes the technology of today that can mask the Devil behind the wool of digital media. Thus, through the Prophet Isaiah, God explained the Great Deception saying:

[It] will be as it is with a dream, with a vision in the night-as when a hungry man dreams that he is eating, but he awakens, and his hunger remains; as when a thirsty man dreams that he is drinking, but he awakens faint, with his thirst unquenched (Isa. 29:7-9).

This matches the film The Matrix, where the famous line was, "Have you ever had a dream, Neo, that you were so sure was real? What if you were unable to wake from that dream? How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world?" For this reason, Jesus quoted this same chapter of Isaiah saying, "These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. They worship me in vain; their teachings are but rules taught by men" (Matt. 15:8). Jesus revealed the great illusion the Pharisees set up, which was a precurser to the computer world of the coming Antichrist! And whether you believe in it or not, Bible Code software has been viewed as a sort of Matrix of Bible Prophecy, on documentaries aired often on TBN over the last few years.

Now, Revelation 17:5 says, "This title was written on her forehead: MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT THE MOTHER OF PROSTITUTES AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH". This describes a "Mediatrix", which is a pagan temple prostitute. This shows the world hooked up to this "hooker", and plugged in to the great city of Babylon within her forehead. This is the pornography polluted Internet that captivates planet Earth. You see, Isaiah 49:1 conversely declares, "The LORD has called me from the womb, from the matrix of my mother He has made mention of my name". This mother is the heavenly woman of Revelation 12, where we read, "A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. She was pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about to give birth. ... Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to wage war against the rest of her offspring—those who keep God’s commands and hold fast their testimony about Jesus" (Rev 12:1-2, 17). These two women represent two living computers, Bethel and Babel.

Patterns of Primal Technology

You see, the entire Bible is based on man wanting to advance in defiance of God's authority. It all started with "the tree of the knowledge of good and evil". Genesis 3 recounts the cunning intelligence of Satan who said, "For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil", and Eve "saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it" (Gen. 3:5-6). Hence, the great deception that plagued the early church was called Gnosticism, which is Greek for "knowledge". This was based on attaining a satanic power through "gnosis", and they rejected the love of the God of Israel. St. Paul thus said that "knowledge puffs up, but love builds up" (1 Cor. 8:1).

After Eve attained the forbidden knowledge of the serpent, her sinful son Cain was banished from Eden. Speaking of his descendants, the Bible then says, "Adah gave birth to Jabal; he was the father of those who live in tents and raise livestock. His brother's name was Jubal; he was the father of all who play the harp and flute. Zillah also had a son, Tubal-Cain, who forged all kinds of tools out of bronze and iron" (Gen. 4:20-22). For this reason, the mark God put on Cain matches the mark of the beast (Gen. 4:15). And in the book of Enoch, quoted in Jude 1:14, we read of the fallen angels who "taught men to make swords, and knives, and shields, and breastplates, and made known to them the metals of the earth and the art of working them, and bracelets, and ornaments, and the use of antimony, and the beautifying of the eyelids, and all kinds of costly stones, and all colouring tinctures. And there arose much godlessness, and they committed fornication, and they were led astray, and became corrupt in all their ways" (Enoch 8:1-3). Later, we see the tower of Babel, where men attempted to reach the heavens, for the LORD said, "If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them. Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other" (Gen. 11:6-7).

When I read this as a young boy raised in America, I knew that our skyscrapers, NASA rockets and Telescopes were a part of a global system, of which it is written "Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great!. ... O great city, O Babylon, city of power!" (Rev 18:2, 10). Today, Computer code is the one language that sets the web for the whole wide world. WWW is 666 in Hebrew. And this brings us unto the end times New World Order of Babylon, where the technology of today fulfills all of prophecy. For this reason, the Prophet Daniel was told, "Close up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge" (Dan. 12:4). And the internet itself has made knowledge increase exceedingly during these end times. Now, when you couple these signs with the iPhone or Droid Cell Phone, you can easily imagine the WWW (666) being ON THE TOP OF your right hand!

Moreover, cell phone companies are developing credit card processors for a swipe-and-go system for ringing up payments. Mophie, primarily known for their juice/battery packs or cases, has now taken a leap, planning to produce a credit card scanner for the iPhone. The picture above shows that the Mophie iPhone credit card reader will likely come in the form of a case which its bottom has a reader for you to swipe your customer’s credit card for accepting payment on the go (techchee.com/2010/01/03/mophie-iphone-credit-card-scanner/). With such a devise on the right hand, the words, "no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark" (Rev 13:17) is fulfilled. And think about it, without the aid of the Internet, how would global commerce continue? Furthermore, the Greek word for mark is "charagma". Strong's Concordance defines charagma as "a scratch or etching", "a badge of servitude", "graven", and finally "mark". Strong's also notes that charagma is directly related to the Greek word charax, which means "to sharpen to a point" and also describes "a stake". About this, Tay Vaughan, in his article "Birthing Microchips", has written:

Integrated circuits consist of layers that manifest specific electrical properties, each layer etched with a carefully designed microscopic pattern of lines and junctions to carry or manipulate electrical voltages. The smaller the width of the etched lines, the more lines can be squeezed onto a chip (atariarchives.org/deli/ birthing_ microchips.php).

This clearly shows the careful etchings of each microchip implanted in the Cell Phone. However, even if the Antichrist will, in the future, microchip people with implants inserted "in" their hands and foreheads, you must never jump ahead to something speculative. The criteria already fits the cell phone. We must trade in a mind full of fantasy and see the sober reality.

The above picture is from a Verizon Droid 2 Commercial, where in a sinister voice, we hear, "This Droid has evolved to do even more. Now it integrates your work emails, so that you can be hooked up to everything you need to do..., turning you into an instrument of efficiency." During the commerical, this employee's hands become robotic as the chips within the cell phone are symbolically "implanted" within his arm. Thus, the "charagma" etchings of the Mark do not have to be IN the hand, but by being in the Cell Phone, they might as well be, according to such commericals. And perhaps the Cell Phone was indicates in Job:

Do you send the lightning bolts on their way? Do they report to you, ‘Here we are’? (Job 38:35).

Moreover, photographs uploaded onto a Cell Phone are called "Avatars", which are Hindu idol gods that have been imported into "American Idol" gods. Now, a YouTube video can clearly fuflill the words:

He ordered them to set up an image in honor of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived. He was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that it could speak (Rev 13:14-15).

A video "Avatar" on a Cell Phone is an "image" that has been given "breath...so that it could speak." It is also considered an American Idol. This fits in perfectly with the statue of Daniel 2-3, for the idol of Babylon was composed of all the kingdoms of the Beast of Revelation 13. This is a collective idol, where each person becomes a part of it. Such a concept comes from Hinduism, and through Yoga Studios and the Meditation Rooms that are destroying Hospital Prayer Chapels, the New Age movement is already promoting the worship of this Idol of Daniel 2-3. Moreover, the liberal New Age agenda believes that the "Allah" of Muhammed's Koran is an essential part of this collective Idol, which is why the Obama Biden (as in "Osama Bin Laden") ticket was elected to the presidency. He comes from Indonesia, the largest Muslim country, and liberal support for the Islamic faith has been clearly established. Islam, therefore, is the sword to behead the true Christian who believes in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ (cf. Rev 20:4). You see, the pattern of persecution mirrors Daniel 3, where it is written:

Nations and peoples of every language, this is what you are commanded to do: As soon as you hear the sound of the horn, flute, zither, lyre, harp, pipe and all kinds of music, you must fall down and worship the image of gold that King Nebuchadnezzar has set up. Whoever does not fall down and worship will immediately be thrown into a blazing furnace (Dan 3:4-6).

Just as we see in Revelation 13, this is a command for "nations and peoples of every language", and yet, Babylon did not rule over the Americas, Africa, Russia, Europe, India, China, Japan and beyond. In other words, the technology of today more than fulfills such a "one world government" that the Bible foretold. It does not have to be as theatrical as Hollywood films make it seem. The United Nations is already global enough. Remember, it does not have to be IN the hand, and it does not have to be BOTH on the hand AND the forehead, for either or would suffice. A Cell Phone hooked up to the WWW (666) internet, on the right hand, with "Avatar" images that speak, and that eventually will be used to buy and sell, is enough for Christians to be concerned!
