Our desire is for you to get informed and get active and make a change for a better more healthier body and soul. There is no intent to scare anyone here, however, we are better prepared to act when we are educated about these health conditions.
Every 34 seconds a person in the United States dies from heart disease. Each day more than 2,500 Americans die from heart disease. Every 20 seconds, a person in the United States has a heart attack. At least 250,000 people die of heart attacks and each year before they reach a hospital.
Fear is a good thing it makes us stop pitying ourselves and feeling as though we are not in charge of our health and we need to be educating our selves on what causes a heart attack and what is good or bad blood pressure and good and bad cholesterol and these informative videos below is a way to make us activists and makes us move forward in improving our own health.
Remember, chemicals is not really what cases bad heart health it is our diets and our diets must change and with change, with action and aggressiveness as in a true diet make over as in juicing and eliminating the bad foods that put us in our present condition we can together change heart health one person at a time and spread the information and give this site to as many people as you can. Get healthy and happy and love God and his son above everything on earth.
